PHP 7 support

This extension is literally the fastest thing I've found for streaming parsing of huge JSON files or streaming JSON data, such as from ElasticSearch. We're using it for five major processes at my day job.

Now that PHP 7 is mainstream, why not update this extension to PHP 7 and put it on PECL so people can find it easily? The closest thing to it it s native PHP, and about 1/10th as fast.

Hi @roncemer, I'm glad you found ext/jsonreader useful. unfortunately I have no time and to be honest lost the required knowhow to maintain it and have not been doing so for the last few years.

I would be more than happy if a new maintainer was to be found that could pick it up and push it forward. As it is right now I have to admit I won't be able to provide PHP7 support myself.

Perhaps one of the forks of this repo is more maintained and can be useful to you.
