Can't get Android to connect to Tor hidden service

I can connect to my spark wallet just fine using the Tor browser on my laptop, but the Cordova app on my phone still won't connect. I have Orbot and I configured it to forward the Spark app's traffic using its VPN service as described here. The app still doesn't see the server. What else should I try?

Same here. Android 10. Errors out with "Connection to server lost". Connecting with Tor Browser from the same phone works fine. Will try to find out more.

I'm sometimes experiencing flakiness with Orbot as well. I'm afraid that I don't have any good solutions for this. :(

First off, love this wallet, it always "just works" for me, even with the hacky Orbot situation... but how about building Tor into the Spark app to help ease the situation? Zap did this and it's a bit more reliable now
