Option to hide balance

I'd like an option to hide balance on all screens (especially on mobile). A nice touch would be a blurred out balance and when you touch it it's unblurred. This would also solve https://github.com/shesek/spark-wallet/issues/56

It's quite annoying to have to disclose your balance to everyone you interact with IRL.
