There is no way to know which weights are available

Context. The weights.py file implements amino-acid weights. These may be useful additional information for training.

Current behavior. There is no way to query existing weights. Users need to navigate to the location they are supposed to be defined to learn more about weights availability.

Desired behavior. There is a function call that returns available weights.
