Emoji icon color issue

In the above image if i add another icon before this then display with the color if not add any icons the display black and white.

I guess it's due to some symbols are in UTF-8 and some are just images

So, what are solutions for it? because the last 4 of the second message is the same as the first message.

How can we convert this UTF-8 to images?

OS => Ubuntu 18.04.0 LTS Browser => Google Chrome 74.0.3729.131
