Mencoder xvid multithread seems not working since r38188.

I believe r38184 is the last release xvid multithread working. Since r38188, only one cpu core stressed, encoding speed being drastically slower, somewhat 1/3 of r38184's speed. No matter what threads option given.

command used

Tested on Ryzen 9 5900x, Windows 7 64bit.
