Support Bluetooth functions

Just noticed NickelMenu added bluetooth function (not released but works fine in a bleeding edge build).

Would it be possible to incorporate this into NIckelDBus? Ideally I would enable bluetooth, wait for a signal that my device is connected, and display a toast that the connection was successful.
