Error on line 68

Hi, im on windows 11, After verifying that i have all the packages, cloned the git and started the PCRT.py i get "PCRT\PCRT.py", line 68 except IOError,e: ^^^^^^^^^ SyntaxError: multiple exception types must be parenthesized" am i missing something? is there a solution?

Also i tried it on linux but the same error is displayed in the shell.
