angular-shepherd v20 for Angular 20

I don't think Angular v20 introduced features that can impact the library, once it works in the v19, I assume it is compatible, but yeah, I also need v20 compatibility, I'm trying to stay up to date with my projects.

Angular has a really aggressive update policy where even if your code does not need to change, you are absolutely required to update to the latest angular everything. I wish they would not do that. It causes a lot of churn. If anyone would like to open a PR, we would gladly accept it!
