Added clear button to clear all values (works for single & multiselect)

I added a prop clearAllButton which adds a ❌ to clear the multiselect value/s. It was asked in those issues: (#928) & #915.

I had to recreate a new pull request because I somehow deleted the old repo. Screenshot of old request (#1008 )

Would be cool to see this implemented.

When using :taggable, if I add a new value, I can't remove it anymore. I need to select another value and only then I can.

This would be a nice approach to clear the value

Not sure if @LadyMashiro is active anymore or is it a matter of not having free time to currect this PR. I'll try to find free time this week and fix this as @plweil and @garretmh suggested in the comments. Hopefully that will be okay and merged after that. It's a shame that this was never merged and the PR is from over a year ago.
