Any chance to make a fresh GitHub release as well as publish it on Docker Hub?

Sorry, I don't have plans to work on this project. But you might be interested in similar (and new) one inpxer. While it doesn't have feature parity with DotOPDS, if your intention is to make an OPDS server from single inpx library, it'll be plenty enough.
