This issue and some others have been fixed in L11R fork: https://github.com/L11R/mtproto

Simply replace the mtproto import path in your file until it is merged.

I correct my prev. post, the issue resists, and also I encountered other weird ones! After fixing some bugs, it gets a -404 error for every message sent to server
