Make shellphish-afl compile on Ubuntu 20.04

I have added several patches to make QEMU 2.10.0 work with Ubuntu 20.04. Another way to make shellphish-afl compile would have been to switch to afl++, but asan-giovese (needed by QASAN, needed for the QEMU mode of afl++) does not support the ppc, ppc64, mips, mipsel and mips64 targets, so the old afl with QEMU 2.10.0 is still used.
