Support HTTP methods other than GET and POST

From now we can support data sources that require PUT (or any other method) as the method for HTTP requests

For example, exclude all subdomains that point to this specific IP address

Added -search and -addresses flags to the db subcommand options

Like Amass, puredns should perform an initial scan against DNS resolvers when starting, in order to see if any resolver has died (some resolvers on public-dns.info are taken down usually)
