make it an OSGi bundle again

It seems RC2 was an OSGi bundle but that the released version is not. Please re-add the OSGi instructions in MANIFEST.MF

How strange. I can't see that anything changed, but felix isn't adding the OSGi stuff. Will investigate.

Also in http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/rootdev/java-rdfa-htmlparser/0.4.2/ the jar is missing.

We've done our best for rectivating the OSGi bundle under #46 There are still failing tests, hopefully we can find a person with deeper insights in the meaning of these test cases.

We have finally released java-rdfa-1.0.0-BETA1, which is now being developed in https://github.com/iteggmbh/java-rdfa This is done in accordance with the original developer Damian Steer of the University of Oxford.
