update bower package

Please update this package in bower with last merge.

+1 You need to rebuild your latest, and tag 1.3.1. Your old code doesn't not support certain config params while your newest should support anything. Thanks for creating this!

+1 I still need to manually update the bower install to allow full access to the cal-heatmap configuration properties

Is there an updated bower version including the latest source? It looks like the latest source supports defaults plus any other init() properties, whereas the version in the bower release is still the older version with a hardcoded list of init() properties?
