Use mdcat in README output?

Maybe using mdcat for the output of README would help?

I think it's a good idea! It would be nice to be able to change it with options or environment variable.

There are multiple command-line markdown viewer:

Looks like mdcat is more actively developed, opting for mdcat looks more reasonable
