[Crash]: Accessing LegacyRandomSource from multiple threads

What happened?

Started experiencing random crash after replacing JEI with REI after few seconds after entering the world/server. crash-2023-10-14_13.15.44-client.txt latest.log Idk it's related to cupboard or REI, maybe both. https://github.com/someaddons/cupboard/issues/6
