Added Overlay Message when turning on/off light overlay

A simple PR adds an overlay message to display Light Overlay is turn ON or OFF.

Thanks! I'd love to use this in my fork's experimental branch. Please PR it if you like to do that yourself; else I'll just import the patch soon-ish. (I assume GitHub would credit you correctly even in that case.)
