Add option to save config in `world/serverconfig`

As the title says, I'd like to see a possibility to partition the server part of the config into world/serverconfig. E.g.:

config/MyMod-common.toml
config/MyMod-client.toml
saves/worldname/serverconfig/MyMod-server.toml
