I'ma let you finish, but can we just deprecate OutOfDates?

We use the repo as a more general-purpose local download site than 100% for feeding munki, so lots of stuff doesn't end up in manifests. I'd still like to sweep away Out of Date Items, tho - could that option be added? In lieu of (or I guess in addition to) that, could the prepare option's plist be fed to deprecate?
