[Feature Request] AI JTAC as a purchasable asset similar to AWACS

As my buddy and I have been working our way through the campaign (We are currently using the latest release of the legacy UI) I have found it to be exceptionally challenging at times to locate enemy units. While it is fun and adds a unique challenge, it would be interesting to give players the option for an AI controlled JTAC to be purchased and added to missions at the time of generation, similar to the AWACS.

I like this. I'll look into how difficult it'll be to script.

Pushing this up to the top to suggest that this also be considered for the 2.0 UI, as this feature would be greatly beneficial to both dev branches.
