generate a Table of Contents when outputing a pdf file

Can MPE generate a Table of Contents (TOC) out of the h1- h3 headers when generating a pdf file. The TOC can be viewed in the left side of window and clickable when the pdf file is opened in any viewer.

As far as I've used it, it's not possible. At least, not the way I use it.

I open the preview in my browser, to then print it to PDF, which does not create bookmarks. Neither do links like this work:

I would like to get updates on this, however, and would love support for this to be implemented!
