Preview zoom in shortcut

Hi,

markdown-preview-enhanced v0.6.3

The document shows there is a shortcut for “Preview zoom in(cmd+=)”

However, the markdown-preview-enhanced extension did not define shortcut binding; the (cmd+=) is by default bound to zoom the whole workspace, not just the preview.
