Add button to export a markdown table to a CSV and copy to clipboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I recently noticed that there are buttons when you mouse over a markdown table that allow you to export the table to a PDF and copy it to the clipboard. While PDF export is useful, I have a greater need to export markdown tables to CSV or Excel .xslx documents.

Describe the solution you'd like When you mouse over the markdown table add an additional green icon button that has the text "Export to CSV and copy to clipboard". When the button is pressed, a CSV is created from the markdown table and placed on the clipboard.

Describe alternatives you've considered Another possible solution might be to generate a Save As dialog box, as is done when downloading files, and allow the person to save the generated CSV file to their local system.
