where to put notes for speakers in md file?

Great plugin! I notice such tag syntax as showNotes: true. Could you tell me how to put notes in each slide? another question: In output files, it would be better that the popup context shows when the mouse hover the link. It looks like backlinks effect in markdown browser mode.
