Plugin not working (2.0.2 + HWnFO 7.12)

The plugin release 2.0.2 doesn't seem to be working on my setup, and I get the communication error:

HWiNFO Stream Deck Plugin: 2.0.2 (from GH) HWiNFO: 7.12-4580 Stream Deck: 5.1.2.14743

I have a pro account and shared memory support is enabled.

Sorry you're having trouble. I'm unable to repro.

Same version of HWiNFO Same version of Stream Deck Same version of HWiNFO plugin

Here are my HWiNFO settings if you'd like to double check yours. Other than that I'd suggest 1) a reboot 2) closing both HWiNFO/Stream Deck, open HWiNFO then Stream Deck... If any combination of that works, let me know.

Was having the same issue after updating to 7.12 of hwinfo. Mirrored your settings and it resolved the issue. Strange...

I was having the same problem, even with mirroring the settings above. What fixed it for me is opening the Sensors screen of hwinfo. Do that just once after launching hwinfo and streamdeck has no issues. Tested on hwinfo64 v7.10.

In this case, I recommend checking "Show Sensors on Startup", even if you don't want to see that screen. You may have to leave the sensors screen on (but minimized at your option) in order for it to keep working.

odd i too had my issue fixed after opening the sensors page once. Well it won't work if the sensors page isn't actively loaded. If you load it once the streamdeck plugin populates but it won't update anything unless the sensors page is running.
