ECG classification?

Can we separate data files based on ECG classification? either it is normal or abnormal can anyone contribute to this ECG classification and stored the files in their directories named NORMAL and other Arrhythmia...

Are you suggesting separating files on the ECG classification into different directories? The labels are applied for a particular window, and they don't always line up with a file.

Thankyou for your reply... In physio net database there are 10 folders p-series and further on. If there would be a code contribution which separate patients based on ECG with arrhythmia and Normal. The files store into new folder named as normal and abnormal.

Is there no normal patient ECG in the data? I am thinking of contributing through nonlinear analysis.
