[Suggestions] A few command suggestions

1. !avg - Shows you the average map & bonus times and number of completions Avg. MAP Time: 01:21.70 (11842) Avg. BONUS Time: 00:24.84 (3483)

2. !mrank - Prints to all chat your current map time and rank mbhound is ranked #8469/11843 with a time of 01:05.97 on bhop_ripdream.

3. !brank - Same as !mrank but bonus time and rank mbhound is ranked #8469/11843 with a time of 01:05.97 on bhop_ripdream bonus.

4. !mapinfo/!mi - Print map name, tier, and bonus info Map: bhop_lego2 | Tier 5 | Bonus Map: bhop_forest | Tier 1 | No Bonus

5. !record - Print world record on the current map to user MAP RECORD: 00:29.78 (tst) BONUS RECORD: 00:11.87 (tst)

6. Also could we print !avg, !record, and !mapinfo when you first connect to a map Avg. MAP Time: 01:21.70 (11842) Avg. BONUS Time: 00:24.84 (3483) MAP RECORD: 00:29.78 (mbhound) BONUS RECORD: 00:11.87 (mbhound) Map: bhop_lego2 | Tier 5 | Bonus

I may have duplicated someone else's requests but these are all the commands I would like.
