Current ROM: 4-8 sprints (L to XL effort). Will continue to refine as this is broken down into milestones and tickets.

Design no longer calls for batching of debits. Issue can be closed.

Note for when this ticket is picked back up: Please inform edge team when this issue is resolved so that checks can be performed relating to https://github.com/storj/gateway-mt/issues/214

Action: @iglesiasbrandon to investigate renaming “available balance” to “customer credit” or something similar to avoid confusion. This is where we can add credits if we have outages, etc.

@stoweandi and @iglesiasbrandon how do we feel about Livia's suggestion above?

@NiaStorj yes, this is a change that we still want to make for Storjscan, but it's not super urgent. If this can be done in the next sprint or two...
