Support for Wyze Bulb White

New bulb type requires refresh of how we handle bulbs. There is a new device model HL_HWB2 that needs to be added and it appears to be a similar management schema as the light strip HL_LSL and light strip pro HL_LSLP.

Additionally, there are a handful of lingering bulb-related issues that can be fixed:
