Vjoy 2.1.9.1 Installation restart after computer restart

It pops a window saying that VJoy was installed. Upon closing that window, the installation restart as if the user just executed the setup EXE. It repeats the cycle until user closes the install window manually.

Windows 64 bit version 1607 build 14393.1944
