Hello,

Is there any way to have this nice software working in Linux ? Can we have the source code for Linux ?

SPP has not been maintained for about 10 years. However, I will try to answer your question as best as I can.

  1. SPP enables the user to use his own Tx for simulation. Nowadays, many transmitters connect to your computer via USB port rendering SPP obsolete.
  2. SPP is reads data from the PC audio port using Windows audio API. Replacing this is really rewriting SPP.
  3. SPP heavily relies of vJoy virtual HID driver - again, relevant only for Windows.

Thank you for your in depth and precise reply. I understand that its a whole new project to port this to Linux. I was hoping to be able to play games with my RC controllers but with SPP that is not possible. Thanks again
