Not working

Really eager to use it but it does not work if not using bower. Getting error:

Error: [$injector:modulerr] http://errors.angularjs.org/1.3.15/$injector/modulerr?p0 Did it by instructions. I included: src="//cdn.jsdelivr.net/velocity/1.2.2/velocity.min.js" before it the js and also added css.

I do not wish to use bower and do not want to install node. Am I doing something wrong?

Well, I digged in and kinda it works but it is forcing the blue background and button. So i suppose this is more of a snippet of code rather a library, as a result, requires too much tweaking for each situation. Will wait for proper release.
