Swift bindings for libgit2.
The remote initializer is not public which makes fetching repositories impossible
We're currently on 5.4, because it's the latest stable tools version. It would be nice to support older versions if our manifest isn't actually using the newer features.
The SwiftLint action is excellent, and would provide a great baseline for building a related SwiftFormat action: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/github-action-for-swiftlint.
