polarized cap are missing when opening (in v 3.02) a previous saved file (in v 2.9)

I noticed that when opening a saved project in version 3.0.2 from the previous version 2.9 the polarized capacitor was not loaded and is missing. After I added it back into the project, the rest of my simulation worked. There is a bug with the polarized cap loading.
