Incorrect audio output file header

Hi, Just found an issue in version 2.9.0js. This byte of the output WAV file should be 0x02 for a 16-bit mono file, but now it is 0x04 in the generated file and causes some software to skip sampling points during playback (resulting in double-speed playback).
