The offline version language cannot be displayed correctly after upgrading to 2.81。

After upgrading to 2.81, the offline version language cannot be displayed correctly, and the old version 2.7.2 also cannot display the language correctly. I am using the Chinese version.

Hi, it seems to work OK to me. Could you be more specific? What do you mean, the language cannot be displayed correctly? What's incorrect about it?

Software Interface Language is English, not Chinese.
