[Feature request] Rechargeable batteries

I've been making some circuits that need rechargeable batteries but I've had to use capacitors and I'm seeing a lot of differences to what I'd get form using a rechargeable batterie. It doesn't matter what type of rechargeable batterie you choose to make.

What's the difference between a (say) 1000F capacitor and a rechargeable battery? In sim? Internal resistance/ESR? Can't you just edit that too?
