[Feature request] Show a loading screen on startup

Currently when the app starts, the window isn't shown until the connectivity is determined, authentication is done and the installed games are detected. On slow connections (like mine), this can take multiple seconds (almost 10 seconds in the worst case). During this time, the app seems unresponsive.

It would be nice if a loading screen with a spinner and a subtitle saying things like "Checking connectivity" and "Logging into GOG" was displayed.

I really like this idea, good call. I was thinking about this before as well.

Oh true, I'm really sorry I haven't gotten to it yet. I really apreciate the work. I hope I get to it within the next 2 weeks, but I am currently on vacation.
