Feature Request: Read goggame-*.info to find an installed DLCs

Users can install DLC themself, because often when DLC installation requested, minigalaxy try to redownload entire game.

Thanks for the report. Can you give a specific example of a game for which you experience this issue? An example of a goggame-*.info file with a DLC installed would be nice as well.

@sharkwouter Divinity Original Sin 2 (with Sir Lora).
