Prime Render Offload

Please add an option to use this on games. I was able to add it manually to the start.sh file for some GOG games using this command:

__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only %command%

Gamehub has a tweak that enables this which can be found here. This is an important support option that allows games to play well on my machine.

Thanks for the report. You can now set these in the properties of a game in version 1.1.0. Does that solve the issue for you?
