Handling junctions in Windows

A similar tool in Rust - dust - handles junctions correctly. Might be worth a look.

Thank you for reporting this.

I'm most probably not going to work on this myself (not a Windows user), but would maybe find the time to review a PR, if someone wants to work on that.
