winget doesn't find bat package via winget on Windows 11.

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. winget installed on Windows 11 x64 23H2
2. Run command winget install sharkdp.bat
3. get error message

What happens?

Error message:

PS C:\Users\username\> winget install sharkdp.bat

An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
0x8a15000f : Data required by the source is missing

No packages were found among the working sources.

What did you expect to happen instead?

bat to be installed properly.

How did you install bat?

Winget, through PowerShell.

winget search bat/sharkdp.bat doesn't show any matches either.
