winget doesn't find bat package via winget on Windows 11.
What steps will reproduce the bug?

installed on Windows 11 x64 23H2 - Run command
winget install sharkdp.bat
- get error message
What happens?
Error message:

An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:

No packages were found among the working sources.
What did you expect to happen instead?
bat to be installed properly.

?
Winget, through PowerShell.
bat version and environment latest available?
winget search bat/sharkdp.bat doesn't show any matches either.
as far as I can tell, msstore and/or winget are down:
> winget --version
v1.7.10582
> winget upgrade
