Migration issue

Hi, I'm facing some issues when trying to install and run locally. I've created the database harmony_db as suggested and change the user/password in the configuration files.

When I run DB_PORT=3306 lein migrate migratethe database is still empty (no table expect the emtpy schema_migrations).

As a workaround, I executed all the scripts from the command line. for i in ``ls resources/migrations/\``; do echo "Running " $i; mysql -uharmony -pxxxxxx harmony_db < ./resources/migrations/$i; done

I solved this by bumping to [migratus "1.0.3"]
