Incorrect link in README.md

Update documentation link in README.md

Gem version is 3.5.0 but docs link is 3.4.0

Thanks to the community on the Discord, I discovered why certain classes are missing in the documentation (wrong link) Should I make a PR for this?

If you can take the time to make a PR, that'd be much appreciated. Also if you can search for anywhere else that this may have been missed.

On this note, we should create a release document that details the process
