[Spike] Store simple state accross navigation

We should spike thinking through a "lil store." No crazy refactors, Product should think through the implications to keep the scope low but some examples:

  • Markets page save filters so when users navigate back they stick
  • FOX page save networks
  • Earn page (provider or asset; plus chain)
  • wallet (expand all addresses or compress)
  • unmount state (like LP for example will stay if you navigate to another tab)
