Overview

It looks like the fields for remove liquidity are incorrect. They should match the same style as the add liquidity fields.

We are using <AssetInput /> for remove, we should be using <TradeAssetInput />

Acceptance Criteria

The fields for LP remove are correct, and look the same as the add liquidity fields.
