Account Management - Assume same EVM address when receive chain isn't connected

We currently have no flow where a user would ever have a subset of EVM chains, no matter the wallet - it's all or nothing. However with account management, things are going to be different. A user may only connect some of their EVM chains. We should make the flow better here, so that the user doesn't have to input the same address as a manual receive address - us allowing granular EVM chains is an app implementation-specific features, but users usually think of their EVM address in an hollistic manner, so the whole manual receive address thing is counterintuitive here.

Acceptance Criteria

• When swapping from an EVM asset to an EVM asset, if the receive side hasn't been added, then the sell side address is autoselected as a manual receive address
