Support Hedgeys as proper NFTs

Overview

We use these as DAO contributors, would be nice if we could see them in the NFT section.

Including the meta data, like the time it unlocks, the amount it unlocks, etc.

Acceptance Criteria

You can connect a wallet with Hedgeys on it, and see them listed in the nft tab.

Not required but would be great to see meta data:

1. Unlock date
2. Amount it unlocks
